ABOUT THE BOOK “VARDAGSLYCKA”

NEWS! A diary for everyday happiness.

Our brains have a tendency to dwell on all the negative experiences we go through. And at the same time, research shows that we feel better when we focus on the positive. Reflecting every single day on what we have accomplished and what we are grateful for is, therefore, an important step towards everyday happiness. Studies show that it's possible to change your life in just 90 days. All that is required is that we give ourselves seven minutes a day to write and reflect. That's exactly what this diary is for.

EVERYDAY HAPPINESS

This is a book for you who want to laugh more, get rid of problems, worries, and things that annoy and disturb you. This book is filled with tips, exercises, and models on how you can practice retaining joy while building a cushion for life's twists and turns. A book on how you can feel happier by training your brain to feel much better.

HANDLE CHANGE

In the midst of change, we need to take people's behaviours into account, skepticism, and fear to succeed, and we need to understand how to lead and how to follow. We need to dive into the body's mental reactions and, with the help of a neurological research perspective, see which paths we can take to make change smooth for everyone involved.

There are plenty of ways to manage our resistance to new work routines, reorganisation, a move, or a new business system. Change is fantastic when we don't feel exposed, uncertain, and worried but can instead focus on development and an exciting future. In the book, which can be effectively used as a reference guide, there are clear tips on effective strategies.

CREATE HAPPINESS AT WORK

The most important aspect in a workplace is the employees. If the employees are not well, the organisation does not thrive. With happiness at work, we take responsibility for being each other's work environment. When we enjoy our work, we can have fun, solve problems more easily, and be more creative. We handle setbacks better, gain more energy, and not least, establish quicker connections with our surroundings and become more attractive to those around us.

In this book, it becomes clear how and where we find that happiness at work. The book contains concrete tips and tools that can be applied in any workplace.
