“Could be the most engaging and fun lecturer I have seen and heard. Definitely the highest possible grade!”

Christina is an author, lecturer, and organizational developer. A market economist who returned to studies in pedagogy, behavioural science, leadership, communication, and psychology. Her professional experiences include the travel industry, hotel business, as well as the film and gaming industries.

Christina's lectures are an intelligent blend of facts and entertainment. Since her breakthrough in 2014, she has repeatedly been awarded and recognised for her performances. Thanks to Christina, making workplace joy has become a high priority on everyone’s agendas.

Today, she is even more relevant and conducts work and inspirational seminars for all types of workgroups. What has made her both appreciated and talked about is that she approaches each group with a noticeable personal touch. In her lectures, she places great importance on the individual's choices in dealing with situations that arise in life, whether it's private or at work. Everything becomes more enjoyable and straightforward if we can learn to have fun along the way, but it's not about going around laughing or just thinking positively. It's about perspectives and attitudes and how we choose to tackle challenges and problems.

She guides the audience and participants toward a work environment that takes responsibility for complaints and destructive groupings, thereby becoming a place where trust, motivation, engagement, and confidence can prevail. Not least with the concrete tools she always leaves behind.

Her authorship began with the debut novel 'Jag älskar dig inte' in 2010, a novel that became something of a bestseller. In 2013, the next novel, 'Allt för din skull,' was released, and in between, Christina wrote three young adult books. In 2014, the book 'Handbok för Vardagslycka' was published, followed by 'Skapa arbetsglädje' in 2016 and 'Greppa Förändring' two years later. In 2022, the book 'Dagbok för Vardagslycka,' illustrated by Sara Olsson, was released. More about the books here.

Christina lives in the heart of Stockholm and is frequently seen on ‘TV4 Nyhetsmorgon’, where she often discusses work-related issues, all aiming for better and more sustainable leadership.
