Lectures & Workshops

I mix laughter with research and the utmost seriousness. I pinpoint familiar humorous situations in a workplace and highlight the importance of personal responsibility for culture and environment. The lectures aim to create an understanding of how we can feel better, handle changes, manage stress, collaborate more successfully, have fun at work, and above all, find more motivation.

Every mission is unique, every audience, small or large, has specific requests and circumstances. Therefore, there are no "ready-made" lectures; but here are examples of the areas we can develop together to tailor it to your group, and your specific occasion.

“Oh my - what incredible lectures you treated us to! The whole municipality of Krokoms is overjoyed.”

What do we do
about the “work joy”?

A LECTURE ABOUT HOW TO WORK BETTER TOGETHER
AND ACHIVE A BETTER RESULT.

There is much talk about 'finding' various things – finding peace, finding strength, finding happiness at work. But happiness at work joy cannot be found; it can only be created. Together, by realising that it is the employees who create the work environment, and that everyone is responsible for what we choose to contribute at work. It is time to take happiness at work seriously because we can see a direct connection to more loyal employees, fewer sick leaves, higher productivity, better collaborations, and better results because of this. Get assistance along the way with insights, concrete examples, and thought-provoking stories. Presented with a large dose of storytelling joy.

•Can be advantageously combined with a workshop.
•Suitable for the entire workgroup.
•Customised to each customer's needs, preferences, conditions, and requirements.

How do we find the
motivation now?

A LECTURE ABOUT MOTIVATION, SELF-LEADERSHIP
AND HAPPINESS AT WORK.

What do I need to find motivation in a hectic everyday life where challenges are lined up, and the world sometimes feels dark? Many are searching for motivation and it's not surprising that it can sometimes feel a bit abstract. But what if you were given clear tools to tweak it, to find it and to feel it?

It's only then that we can become sustainable and engaged and continue to be a good and supportive team member. A lecture on where motivation exists, what happiness really is, where we find it, and what we need to equip ourselves with when we can't change the circumstances. A presentation with both laughter and seriousness and a toolbox full of ways to achive a better workday. Bring paper and a pen!

•Can be advantageously combined with a workshop.
•Suitable for the entire workgroup.
•Customised to each customer's needs, preferences, conditions, and requirements.

Mental security creates
efficient teams!

A LECTURE FOCUSING ON HOW TEAMS WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL
SAFETY BECOME MORE SUCCESSFUL AND SUSTAINABLE.
AND HOW TO GET THERE.

It's obvious that one wouldn't want to go to work and feel foolish or afraid to share new ideas. You've undoubtedly read something by Brené Brown and her insights on why NOKIA lost its market a long time ago.

And not least... working together in a virtual environment with Teams meetings presents challenges and also opportunities to be creative and develop relationships with trust. The question for many is: How do we create and maintain trust without personal interaction? And even then, when we meet, what do we need to be effective and work in psychological safety?

What symbolizes a safe team?
•Present and engaged team members.
•Demonstrating understanding and a desire to comprehend.
•Avoiding accusations and instead asking questions.
•Everyone has self-awareness.
•Negative talk about colleagues is not tolerated.
•The leader uplifts the team and is open to feedback.
•Everyone feels confident to present ideas and suggestions.

Handle Change

A LECTURE THAT IS ADVANTAGEOUSLY COMBINED
WITH A WORKSHOP ON WHAT’S MOST IMPORTANT FOR ALL OF US DURING
CHANGE, AND HOW WE ADAPT, EMBRACE THE NEW,
AND THRIVE WHILE DOING SO.

Without changes, the world comes to a halt. The same goes for organisations and individuals. Changes are simply necessary in order to evolve. The problem is that our brains don't like change at all. Changes consume a lot of energy and disrupt our lives and routines, whether it's the data system, the coffee machine, or the work process. Will I like the new one? Can I handle it? What will happen to my job? No one can be expected to love all changes, but we have to deal with them, and we want to feel good while doing so. Both as individuals and as a group. With exciting studies showing that we even become more intelligent when going through change, this lecture is a good starting point to understand our mechanisms and gradually begin to think that change can actually be really good and fun!

•Can be advantageously combined with a workshop.
•Suitable for the entire workgroup.
•Customized to each customer's needs, preferences, conditions, and requirements.

“I have received many, many positive comments afterwards. In our own staff group we have shared insights about complaining, problem-solving, and happiness at work with each other. Very good!”
